HOW WE WORK
1. Diagnostic
The first step is figuring out the problem. After checking under the hood of the appliance and doing the inspection, the technician will report the problem and repair options to the customer.
2. Repair & Parts
With the okay from the customer, the technician will go forward with the repair using available parts they have on hand in their vehicle. Should a part need to be ordered, the technician will return on a future date.
3. Aftercare & Guarantee
After testing your fixed appliance, the technician will go over how to maintain your appliance for an optimal lifespan. Parts are guaranteed for one year and labour is guaranteed for 3 months.
